This patient is a 31 year-old woman 5'8" tall 145 lbs who desires breast augmentation  that increases her breast size with a natural looking appearance, yet also increases her chest width as to make her figure more proportional with her hips.  She is tall and stressed that her greatest concern was that she wanted a natural breast appearance.
