Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 7

This 28 year-old woman is 5'5" tall and is athletic.  Gym time is very important to her.  Her breasts are very small for her frame and she wanted a modest augmentation, larger than what I typically suggest for someone this athletic.  Although her size does not look unusually large, these implants are placed under the muscle.  The concern was that these implants may be too tight under the muscle.  During surgery it was noticed that the implants were being compressed by her strong pectoral muscle.  The solution was to switch to high-profile implants which fit better under her muscles without reducing the size.
