This patient is 5’11″ tall and didn’t want to be larger than a B-cup. Patients like her who are tall and thin frequently feel that their hips are big. She had the typical experience when buying dresses- if the hips fit properly then the chest was too large. The real issue with her proportions is not that her hips are wide, rather than her chest is narrow. Her implants were placed not just to make her breasts larger, but also to make her chest appear slightly wider.
